Finalising Hotel Details

Today met up with the hotel sales manager to discuss the details of the wedding dinner. Well, speaking to the sales manager is sooooo different, he can make more decsion and more freebies :)

We have worked out most of the details and one good news is that they have renovated the ballroom, so we will be able to squeeze all the tables in it. Hooray!!! Easier for the guests and easier for JY and me. At least no need to shuttle between two halls. But I am just worried that it will be too cramp.

Now I need to look for Mcees for the night, as the hotel is not providing any. Well any volunteers? :p

Oh, the manager brought us to see the rooms too, hopefully he can upgrade the room for us to executive suite. Very nice rooms, small but cosy.

Hmmmm... feeling the rush of the event now. Hopefully everything will go smoothly. Counting down. One month and 4 days to go ;-)
