Chinese New Year

This Chinese New Year has a lot of 1st.

1) The 1st CNY, where I am not eligible to take ang bao.
2) The 1st CNY, where I HAVE to give ang bao.
3) The 1st CNY, where I won't spend with my family.
4) The 1st CNY, where I am spending out of my previous workplace.
5) The 1st CNY, where I will be spending overseas.
6) The 1st CNY, where I am spending with JY and his family.
7) The 1st CNY, where I have to clean the whole house.
8) The 1st CNY, where I have to prepare food and snacks for visitors.
9) The 1st CNY, where I have to do my own marketing.
10) The 1st CNY, where I won't get to eat meat on the 1st day of CNY.

Work and Friends

What a hectic week, as I was on MC on the last two working days of 2005, work has piled up till *sigh*. Anyway, work is still managable, minus the human factor.

Just visited a friend who has given birth last month. Her baby girl is so cute. Pampered by 4 doting grandparents that she will cry if you do not walk around while carrying her. Phew! Luckily I wasn't the one carrying her, SL enjoyed it so much :-P It is very nice to see all of them after such a long time.

At JY's work place now. Yup, waiting for him to finish his work, then we can go makan and do some grocery shopping.
