Have been very busy this whole week.... Think it is going to last till end of June. But my colleagues and I still take time for a nice dinner at Kushinbo :-)

Aging Body
A sign that I am aging though my face don't reflect it :-). Went for a TCM full body massage yesterday. Oh my goodness, the verdict is my body is aging.... Must be careful already ......
Perhaps it will be good to stick to my exercise schedule and watch my diet.

Desert Week
